The full story
Why we're building Jarvis Defense.
Our Vision. Not another dashboard. An autonomous AI security operator — where specialized agents monitor, analyze and act under one central intelligence, 24/7.
The Problem. 63% of CEOs cite limited budgets as the main barrier to cyber resilience. 56% name the skills shortage. Meanwhile attackers now use AI to accelerate phishing, malware and exploits — and SMBs are left exposed.
Our Solution. Specialized security agents feed signals into Central Jarvis — which correlates, decides, and triggers autonomous response. Jarvis sees the full attack picture, not isolated events.
Product Architecture. MVP launches with Web Defense, Vulnerability & Patch, and Threat Intelligence agents. Phase 2 adds Email Security, Identity & Login, and Cloud / Infrastructure agents.
Why Now. Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto and SentinelOne are all moving toward agentic security — but targeting enterprise. Jarvis Defense owns the underserved SMB layer with a simpler product and lower price.
The Market. $248B global cybersecurity market growing to $699B by 2034. The AI-in-cybersecurity segment is $35.4B. Even 3% of that is a $1B+ opportunity — and we're entering bottom-up through SMBs.
We're not starting cold. ~4M monthly content views, ~40K monthly visits to CyberTools4u, ~10K cybersecurity-focused followers. We have a direct, low-cost channel to our exact target customer.
Business Model. Jarvis Defense becomes a recurring SaaS product after launch, with official monthly plans from $199/mo for web protection to $10,000+/mo for enterprise coverage. The model starts with website protection and expands into full AI security coverage as customers grow.
Competitive Landscape. Every major player targets enterprise. Jarvis Defense is the autonomous AI security operator built specifically for SMBs and digital businesses without a security team.
Go-to-Market. Founder distribution via CyberTools4u → public launch campaign → pilot customers → paid SaaS. An owned audience means no cold acquisition phase.
The Team. Andrejs Dudarevs (Founder & CEO) — B.S. Cybersecurity from SANS Technology Institute, GIAC GPEN, GIAC GCIH, 5+ years Red Team & Blue Team. Artems Lappo (AI Agents Lead) — building security-focused AI agents in production since the technology emerged. Marina Perevodchikova (Marketing & Growth Lead).
Ask / Use of Funds. Raising $750,000 to build Jarvis Defense v1 and launch the first pilot phase. This backing helps us build Jarvis Defense v1, deliver first backer access in the first week of July 2026, run the July–August 2026 pilot phase, and prepare for the September 2026 public launch target. Use of funds is focused on: AI agent development, security engineering, infrastructure and testing, pilot onboarding, and product launch and growth. Note: $465,000 has already been raised from private investors. This funding round covers the remaining capital needed to reach launch.
Roadmap — A faster path from first access to paid pilots. Core Build: Jarvis Defense v1, first agent layer, dashboards, and onboarding flow. First week of July 2026: founder backers receive first access. July–August 2026: early users and selected companies test the first Jarvis workflows in the pilot phase. September 2026: public launch target after the pilot phase. After launch: paid SaaS rollout begins and founder pricing activates for reserved founder seats. Why this is faster: Jarvis Defense launches with an existing CyberTools4u audience and direct access to cybersecurity-focused users. No cold acquisition phase.
